The BrimBreeze Guarantee

We want you to love your BrimBreeze hat as much as we do. If something isn't quite right, we’re here to make it right.


Easy Returns & Exchanges

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your hat must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Start a Return: Simply email us at support@brimbreeze.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll walk you through the process from there.

Refunds & Processing

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email to let you know the status of your refund.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report Fast: If your hat arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.

  • Send a Photo: Include a quick photo of the issue in your email to support@brimbreeze.com.

  • Your Choice: We will happily send a replacement or issue a full refund—whatever works best for you.
